What a maintenance plan covers
Every plan starts with an agreed list: which updates we apply, how often we back up, what we monitor and how many hours of changes are included each month. You always know what is covered and what would be quoted separately.
A clear route for requests
Send a change or a problem through one channel and it gets logged, prioritised and answered. Urgent issues such as the site being down are handled first.

Yes. We start with a review of the site, its hosting and its plugins, then suggest a plan based on what we find.
What happens if my site goes down?+
Monitoring alerts us, and outages are treated as the top priority. We restore from backup if needed and tell you what happened and how we prevented it from happening again.
Can I cancel a maintenance plan?+
Notice terms are set out in your contract before the plan starts. You always keep full access to your site, hosting and backups.
